Career
Since I was a child I have wanted to be a photographer. In 2001 I started taking photos professionally.  I opened my first studio in Highland, IL in 2002. I also enjoy shooting on location.  St. Louis, Alton, and Edwardsville are some of my favorite places to go.

My shoots are very casual and are usually filled with quite a few laughs. My goal is to create a fun experience that will give my clients unique memories to have and cherish for many years.

Besides photography, I also have a background in the salon industry. I am really enjoying the world of glamour/couture photography. Years in a salon have given me a creative flair and an eye for hair and makeup. Mature women through teens will love the pampering of an all out glamour day consisting of hair, make up, wardrobe options, and magazine style portraits. You can also add hair and or makeup services to ANY shoot for an additional fee. Seniors love the ability to have more than one styled look at their session.

Mentoring has become a new passion of mine. I have created designs and taught couture styling classes, and have also instructed posing, lighting, and editing. Boudoir, fashion/couture, and glamour are my favorite topics to teach. My first national conference speaking engagement is Shutterfest, April 2017. Hopefully this will be the first of many to come.

Fashion shooting has become a favorite of mine. I have been designing many of my looks for my concept shoots including gowns and head pieces. I have also been privileged to work with some amazing designers from around the country.
